Since 2010, as real estate developer, Multinvest Group built several green office buildings in Târgu Mureș.
Multinvest Group understands the importance of sustainable building practices. We also know that 'building green' requires close collaboration between the design teams, architects, engineers, and the client with the common objective of reducing the overall impact of a build on the natural environment.

Creating the MBC brand with a purpose...
The MBC brand was designed and built for the future of the city. What we want with MBC brand is changing the way people think about high performance, green buildings and entrepreneurship in Târgu Mureș. Multinvest management's vision is to create value through sustainable projects and constructions, base on systems and process thinking, action and continuous innovation, including green thinking. Our portfolio consists of works reflecting the intense desire to make things differently. Due to our enthusiastic and persistently hard-working team, made up by engineers, administrative staff and outworkers, we can face the challenge of constructing and reconstructing long standing buildings.
Our first sustainable office building, Multinvest Business Center 1 is located in the heart of Târgu Mureș, close to the city centre. It is the first BREEAM certified building in the city.

With the aim of creating a new business hub in the heart of Transylvania, to bring Târgu Mureș back to the attention of national and international investors, the office buildings developed offer the most modern and efficient working spaces. Following their success, Multinvest Group continues the development by launching the project for the construction of three more interconnected buildings, consisting of a sectoral business incubator in the field of construction, a business hotel, Hampton by Hilton and a dual-function office building with office and AppartOffice spaces. The buildings benefit from a privileged location, close to the city centre, in an area of maximum interest and commercial traction, in a business and trade centre, thus offering numerous advantages.

The main objective of the project is to provide start-ups and construction professionals with conditions and support services to launch, develop, and further support new businesses entering the market through incubation. The new investment, developed by Multinvest, will generate more than 1,000 jobs and aims to make the whole complex the new hub of Târgu Mureș for the business community and multinational companies. In addition to the local developer's two existing successful projects, the new buildings will deliver A+ class office spaces for rent and sale.
The second phase will see the construction of an internationally renowned business hotel, the Hampton by Hilton Hotel. In the third phase, a unique project is being built, AppartOffice, with a surface area of 2500 sqm, the first project of its kind in the region, with commercial spaces, 20 business spaces, parking spaces, indoor/outdoor common areas. A SPA and relaxation-recreation area that will serve the entire Business HUB will ensure a high degree of satisfaction for both employees and business partners.
