Established in 2018, the IncubCenter is a private organization mandated to develop and mentor emerging construction companies in Romania. The core business of IncubCenter is to develop emerging start-ups through the infusion of both technical and business administration skills that are aligned with the introduction of technology in order to enhance the efficiency and management of their business.
The building enables the start-ups to have a conductive environment across 6 floors and over 5000 sqm with underground parking, restaurant, indoor- outdoor community spaces and modern conference rooms. The building is located in a perfect spot, as the area is in continuous development into a full business hub, consisting of a business hotel, a clinic, a business centre and green parks.
